Lang Civic Engagement & Social Justice (Lang CESJ) is pleased to announce that it has dedicated funding to Lang students who are pursuing summer internships committed to social justice values, practice, and/or scholarship.

Note: Funding cannot be used to cover the cost of tuition.
Who is eligible?
Lang students, with priority given to applicants who have not received funding from Lang CESJ in the 2017-18 academic year, DACA students, students affected by the Executive Order travel ban, and students with a 3.0 GPA or higher.
Graduating seniors are eligible but must be able to participate in all required grantee activities, including the Fall 2018 presentation and mixer event (in-person or via video conference).
What kinds of summer internships are eligible?
Part- or full-time internships comprising at least 160 hours over the span of the summer, would otherwise be unpaid, and are dedicated to a social justice mission.
Applicants should already have been offered and accepted an internship by the time they apply for this grant.
