This survey was developed in response to students call for action to address microaggressions in the classroom and increase diversity among faculty and within curricula. It is the hope of Lang CESJ to use the results of this survey as a baseline to measure the impact of our efforts in the coming years to meet student demands and better reflect the social justice values our college was built upon.
Special thanks to Shlomit Okon, graduate student in the Psychology department, for her work on developing this instrument.
